So, this trip originally started out as a 10-day road trip with stops at the Grand Canyon, Carlsbad Caverns, the Hoover Dam, and a myriad of National Parks in southern Utah. We needed a break from the grind before Greg started school again and it was the dream-big road trip. It would have been awesome.
Then reality set in and we settled on a 4-day camping trip with a slight road trip up Texas. It got us to the southern Utah of Texas and the Grand Canyon of Texas. I'm not complaining because we loved the trip! But don't be surprised when next time I'm planning a trip, I start with the moon as our destination and settle from there.
Dream low, fall low. Dream high, fall a little less lower?
Again, it was a great trip! I'm just laughing at how far it was from what we had been scheming all summer.
Have a great day :-)
