Another ridiculous shot from the beach trip.
1. Are you a thrift shopper?
A teeny tiny bit. I'll browse the Goodwill store every now and again. I've found a few treasures there.
2. You just had a very bad dream, what do you do?
One time I had a dream that my brother got eaten by a shark. It was so real! I woke up crying and called the Kyoo mom to make sure he was OK. Usually I'll just wake up, roll over, and fall back asleep though.
3. What is your favorite flavor of Ice Cream?
I. Love. Icecream. I can't choose a favorite flavor, but one of my staples is "bunny tracks" or "moose tracks". Whatever the brand wants to call it. It's vanilla with peanut butter cups and a fudge strip mixed in.
4. What do you do with your money? (spend it, save it, invest it, bury it, etc).
I've got a pretty good mix of saving, spending, and investing going on right now.
5. What was the last quote or statement you heard that really hit you?
Kind of funny:
Kind of serious: Elder Holland's conference talk, "The Laborers in the Vineyard". One of several that really hit me. I just hung onto every word as he was giving it and made a lot of personal connections.
6. What do you do when you're driving alone? (ex: dance, sing, listen to talk radio, etc).
Sing. Definitely sing. If I'm stuck in traffic I almost always call the Kyoo mom to talk.
7. Did you watch the premier of Bachelorette? If so, who was your favorite bachelor?
Nope, never seen it. But I'm really into "Blue Water High" on Netflix right now. It's cheesy but it's Australian (the accents!) and all about surfing. The Katieroommate and I have a new show.
Have a great day :-)

Elder Holland's talk- yes! Such a wake-up call/ slap in the face for me! Of course, which of his talks aren't, right? But this one really helped me with something I'd been needing and I'm happy to say I've dealt with it pretty well since then! :)
