Kyoo 39

My Stats teacher brought up the OJ Simpson trial from many a year ago during class the other day. She was using it as an introductory tool to null hypotheses and comparing the judicial system's "Innocent until proven guilty" to the concept of null and alternate hypotheses and how to reject or fail to reject them.

*cough* Anyway......

It reminded me that I once punched a girl over that trial. I think it was the only time I purposely punched someone in my life. I caught her pretty hard too, right in the stomach. Almost instantly I felt this wave of pure dread wash over me and ran home hoping that this girl would forget. Ha.

Would you forget if someone had knocked your lunch out? She didn't. That was a very awkward doorstep scene 2 minutes later when her momma showed up. Our house wasn't big enough to hide. I don't remember what happened afterwards (I was probably grounded from my flourishing social life and required to complete many menial tasks) but I do remember that as a third-grader (give or take) having only watched a 10-second news snippet, I KNEW OJ Simpson was guilty and that this girl had to be convinced.

So, I had a poor lapse in judgment. But it shows that I'm passionate and ready to do anything to get the job done, right? Reminiscing is one way to study for Stats. I'll never forget to reject or fail to reject.

On a lighter note, work was too fun this morning. A 30-minute meeting turning into a 90-minute meeting, mainly filled with stories and laughter. I got very little done but I felt rejuvenated. Oh, and if you ever need to know how to walk "sexily" (direct quote) I know who to hook you up with. Her courses include how to walk sexily in heels, tennis shoes, barefoot, as well as a few other mediums.

Thought I'd throw that option out there. I'm a pro now........

I'll have to tell y'all about my weekly cheese escapades next time.

Have a great day :)

So this is probably the funniest thing I've read in a long time, just to let you know. I can picture every thing and it kills me. Especially the mini-you punching someone and then running as she pukes behind you, haha!
