This is the San Antonio Texas Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
One of hundreds around the world.
It is a sacred, beautiful place. A place of worship and service and instruction. Your life must be in order with the commandments of the gospel to enter. But it is worth every sacrifice and struggle to obey those commandments and experience the peace and joy and comfort that can only be found in the temple.
The Kyoo mom was there to guide me and share the experience!
Along with the Gregbeau. Let me just tell you...he walked into a room with a big smile on his face and a wink just for me - I melted and fell in love all over again.
Some of my best buds were there for me too! Nothing like being in the temple with those you love!!
(and nothing like the power going out as you're leaving the temple...)
Or coming home to a finished photo wall!
The Smilmeister worked hard on it while we were gone. She did a great job! The whole family was crammed in the stairwell, taking it all in and laughing at old favorites.
There's just not much that can bring more joy and fulfillment in this life than being with your family. Or going to the temple.
Again...oh wow!

Oh my goodness! I love the photo wall!!! Glad to see some of our pics made the cut :) can't wait to come see it in person!
