We're on the road today. Driving. And listening to talk radio. Because the rental car gets satellite radio and the Gregpolitic is just tickled he doesn't have to keep scanning thru stations to keep up with his favorites.
It's the little things.
I'll endure it as long as he's willing to drive.
That and I think he was a little concerned around six this morning when I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car as I was trying to pull out of a gas station.
(maybe i forgot to turn it on?)
It was early!
So yes. Our original plan was to chase down some state signs and do a mini backpacking trek. But then a storm up and parked over the entire state of Arkansas and we backed out at the "flash flood warnings" issued by the park.
Call us pansies.
We kept left instead of right at a crucial intersection and are now on our way to surprise some of my favorite people.
Should be fun!
